Rosa di Poggio

Rosa di Poggio is a wine born as a pure expression of the complexity that characterises our grapes. Produced using the saignée method, it ferments at low temperature and ages for an extended period on the fine lees to enhance the bouquet and add delicate yeast-derived notes.
